Toms River, NJ - Ocean County College Women's Basketball's (0-10) freshman guard Kyarra Williams leads the Vikings in points (11.9) and rebounds (7.7) per game, as the team fights for the first win of their 2018-19 campaign. With 11 games remaining in the regular season, there's plenty of time to turn things around, and look for the Manchester, NJ native to be at the forefront if/when that happens.
