Brien Dunphy II is OCC Viking of the Week

Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Basketball sophomore guard Brien Dunphy II was instrumental in the Vikings' 1st win of the 2023 season, a 73-70 overtime win at Passaic County CC on November 14. Dunphy, a Howell, NJ native, sparked a 2nd half surge for Ocean, scoring 24 of his 26 points in the 20 minute frame, putting the Vikings in a position to win. "Brien came out firing on all cylinders after halftime, which really got the rest of our guys energized," stated OCC Men's Basketball Head Coach Patrick Boylan.

Brien and OCC Men's Basketball next takes the court on Tuesday, November 21, when they visit Salem CC for a 7 P.M. matchup.
