Toms River, NJ - OCC's women's basketball team opened their 2022-23 season on Tuesday (11/22) with a dominant 70-8 victory against the Buccaneers of Atlantic Cape Community College, and sophomore Giavana Garcia led the charge for the Ocean effort, with a 26-point, 8-assist performance. The Toms River, NJ native will be a key player in the team's success going forward, its first under the new coaching tandem of head Camille Congilose and assistant Rayna Post.
The Vikings return to action on Tuesday, November 29, when they travel to Bergen Community College for a 5 P.M. GSAC Conference matchup against the Bulldogs.
