The Department of Athletics at Ocean County College is committed to providing an intramural sports atmosphere that is both friendly and safe. The program is designed to give students the opportunity to participate in individual or team recreational activities. This participation creates ideal situations for practicing decision making, social development, and sportsmanship skills that can be essential in all aspects of life. It also provides a fun way to participate in physical activity for a healthier lifestyle.
Current Ocean County College and Kean Ocean students, staff, and administrators are eligible to participate. An up to date ID card is required to participate. All participants must wear sneakers at all times and have on proper attire. Members of OCC Athletic teams are not permitted to participate while in season.
