OCC's Esports program launched in 2019-20, and Coach John Ruhl has led the team since its inception. John has been a teacher in the Toms River Regional School District for 15 years, and is currently a grade 6 and 7 technology teacher at Toms River Intermediate North. He has also served as coach for the school's robotics team, and as assistant coach for the school's wrestling team.
