Toms River, NJ - OCC Vikings Men's Basketball (1-9) displayed their most explosive offensive attack of the season in a tough 114-111 overtime loss to the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College on Saturday (12/16). Sophomores Patrick Marinaccio and Alfred Demby led the charge for Ocean, with 24 points, 14 rebounds, and 23 points, 12 rebounds respectively. Bergen ended the first half with a firm 60-43 lead, and led by 20 points early in the second before the Vikings roared back to tie and force the contest to overtime, where the Bulldogs clinched the win.
The energized Vikings will look to carry their momentum forward on Thursday, December 21 when they meet Rowan College at Gloucester County for a 6 p.m. matchup.
