OCC Men's Soccer Wins 4th Straight Game in 4-0 Shutout of Raritan Valley CC

Toms River, NJ - OCC Vikings Men's Soccer raised their undefeated overall record to 4-0 (3-0 in the Garden State Athletic Conference) via a 4-0 shutout of the Raritan Valley CC Golden Lions on Tuesday (9/17).

Ocean freshman Dom Dos Santos scored twice in the match, at the 18th and 23rd minute mark, with both assists coming from captain Cory Branz. Dos Santos, a Little Egg Harbor native, leads the team with 4 goals this season, with Branz's 3 assists on the year topping the team in that category. With a combined 15 points over Ocean's first four contests, this potent pair are fast becoming one to watch. Vikings freshmen Aniello Lubrano and William De La O also scored in the win, with assists supplied by Mike Cambra and Lubrano, respectively. 

OCC freshman goalkeeper Matt Diaz picked up his first collegiate win in this match, securing the shutout with 5 saves, looking firmly in control from whistle to handshake. 

The first place Vikings next return to the pitch on Saturday, September 21st, when they visit County College of Morris at 2:30 p.m. in what is certain to be an exciting Region XIX/GSAC matchup.
