Toms River, NJ - The Ocean County College Vikings defeated Region XV opponent Nassau Community College on Thursday (1/19) by a final score of 91-63. Freshman guards Shaniece Hardy and Sydney Ulrich had outstanding performances, scoring 20 and 17 points respectively, in the victory, but the night belonged to sophomore Courtney Hagaman. After tying Ocean County College's single-game scoring record of 43 points (first set by Cristy Iorio, 2/5/91) twice this season in wins against Cumberland and Montgomery County, Hagaman shattered it with 48 points tonight, enshrining herself in the OCC record books. Congratulations to Courtney on this prestigious accomplishment.
