The Vikings, who are winless thus far this season, were outscored by the visiting Bulldogs 31-4 in the first quarter, establishing a differential which proved insurmountable by game's end.
Ocean freshmen team captains Kyarra Williams and Simi Clapman were a potent pair, with Williams scoring a team-leading 15 points and grabbing 8 rebounds, and Clapman pulling in 17 rebounds in her best defensive performance of the season.
The Vikings return to the court on Tuesday, January 15th, when they visit the top-ranked Jersey Blues of Brookdale Community College (15-1) for a 7 p.m. conference matchup.
