Toms River, NJ - OCC Women's Basketball (1-20) lost their final game of the season to visiting Sussex County Community College by 46 points in a 79-33 final.
Ocean freshmen Kyarra Williams and Amy Galasso led the Vikings with 12 points each, with Williams pulling in 9 rebounds to Galasso's 7 in the loss. Freshman Jenna Kulinski continued her impressive defensive work this season, with a 14-rebound afternoon. Kulinski finished the season with a team-leading 8.4 rebounds per game average.
With a core group of freshmen talent with a season of experience now under their proverbial belts, the Vikings will look to build upon what worked well this season and make more frequent trips to the win column next season.
