Toms River, NJ - OCC Vikings Volleyball (1-1) won their 2019-20 home opener on Thursday (9/5), via a 3-0 sweep of the visiting Bucs of Atlantic Cape Community College.
Ocean played aggressive sets, with kills coming from Gabby Figueroa (5), Ashley Stickle (4), Sally Tamayo (3), Jenna Kulinski (2) and Samantha Rose (2). Setter Kristen Acosta's serves were outstanding, and she picked up 2 kills as well.
Ocean returns to action on Tuesday, September 10th, when they welcome EPAC's Montgomery County CC to campus for a 7 p.m. matchup.
