Toms River, NJ - OCC Vikings Men's Golf placed 1st both as a team and individually in their first tournament of the season on March 19, and Ocean freshman Patrick Carney led the way. Hosted by Rowan College at Burlington County at Deerwood Country Club, Carney shot a 75 in the match, which along with leading the team, secured him 1st place in overall singles play.
Congratulations to Patrick for being selected as OCC Athlete of the Week! The Vikings are back in action today (March 26), traveling to Baywood Greens (hosted by Delaware Tech CC) for a 12 p.m. tee-off.
