Toms River, NJ Ocean County Vikings win another home game to make it 2 straight conference wins! Utilizing a smothering defense, the Vikings held Sussex County to only 25 first half points. After halftime, Ocean County took over on the offensive end while continuing to play hard on defense to secure the 63-53 win.
Leading the way for Ocean County was Mike Golden with 24 points (5 treys) and 10 rebounds. Corey Thomas had another great game on defense and finished with 20 points and 4 assists. Brian Sullivan contributed 7 points and 10 rebounds, Ted Thelemaque had 6 points 8 rebounds.
Next up for the Vikings are the Brookdale Jersey Blues this coming Tuesday at 5pm at OCC.
