Toms River, NJ - After an outstanding season that saw the Vikings post an 11-8 record in the conference and finish 19-12 overall, fifth-ranked Ocean ended their postseason run on Tuesday (2/28) with a loss to third-ranked Northampton Community College in the second round of the NJCAA Region XIX D-III playoffs by a final score of 95-81.
Four of the Vikings' five starters posted double-digit point totals, with Ted Thelemaque leading the charge with 24 points, and Mike Golden with 21. Jordan Craig added a double-double, with 13 points and 10 rebounds, but the Vikings were ultimately unable to overcome Northampton's efforts.
