Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Basketball (6-15) battled EPAC's Lehigh Carbon Community College through the end of regulation and beyond, securing a 75-70 overtime victory on Tuesday (1/6). Vikings sophomore guard Damien Singleton once again led the offensive charge for Ocean, scoring 25 points, while freshman guard Patrick Marinaccio notched a double-double, with a 12 point, 13 rebound outing. Ocean freshman guard Jason Porter was also a key contributor across the board, turning in 13 points, 5 rebounds, 3 steals and 3 blocks in the win.
The Vikings will look to keep the momentum going on Thursday, January 8 at 7:00 p.m., when they welcome Atlantic Cape Community College to campus for a GSAC contest.
