Sophomore Damien Singleton scored 12 points and pulled down 8 rebounds, while freshman Jason Porter scored 12 and grabbed 7 boards in a win in which the Vikings maintained a 24 point lead for most of the second half. This game marked the final appearances of OCC sophomores RJ Laing and Damien Singleton, who were honored in a brief pre-game ceremony. OCC Athletics wishes both students every success going forward, both at Ocean County College and beyond.

The Vikings finish the season with a 9-16 overall record (6-14 in GSAC), with 6 of their wins coming in over their last 9 games. "I'm proud of the way the guys hung together through all the growing pains they faced," stated Vikings HC Patrick Boylan. "At no point did they ever give up. Our practices stayed intense, and they continued to believe that the wins would eventually come if they did the right things."

Congratulations to the Vikings on a hard-fought season.
