Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Basketball improved their record to 9-13 overall courtesy of a decisive 86-81 win against GSAC rival Atlantic Cape CC on Tuesday (2/5).
Ocean freshman Carson Glenn Francisco lit up the Buccaneers with a 21-point performance, while freshman Anthony Petit-Clair contributed 17 points and 8 rebounds in a game that the Vikings controlled the entire second half of.
"Balanced scoring and bench production was key," stated OCC Head Coach Patrick Boylan. "We did a great job executing at the end to close the game out."
The Vikings return to the court on Thursday, February 7th at 7 p.m., when they travel to EPAC's Bucks County CC to take on the Centurions.
