Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Basketball finished their season in front of a raucous home crowd on Saturday (2/16) with an 87-75 win against the visiting Skylanders of Sussex County Community College.
Ocean freshman Anthony Petit-Clair scored 32 points to lead the Vikings' offensive attack, the 12th consecutive game in which he provided double-digit scoring for the team. Sophomore Jack Waddleton posted his most productive game of the season, with a 10-point, 13-rebound afternoon, in a win that brought Ocean's overall record to 11-14.
The Vikings were red-hot in the final month of the season, winning 6 of their final 9 games, coming up just short of missing the NJCAA Region XIX postseason. Congratulations to the Vikings on a hard-fought season.
