Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Basketball kicked off the new year on the road against conference opponent RCSJ - Cumberland, and slipped to an overall record of 6-8 in a 92-89 loss to the Dukes.
Two Ocean players posted double-doubles as the Vikings battled to close an 11-point gap at halftime to come up just three points shy at the final buzzer.
