Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Basketball improved to 8-11 overall (8-8 in GSAC) in a 78-65 conference win against Brookdale Community College on Thursday (1/30).
Ocean sophomore Anthony Petit-Clair led the way for the underdog Vikings, scoring 28 points in this hard-fought battle, while freshman John Duda's 15 points and 10 rebounds earned the Point Boro native a double-double for the evening.
The victory marked the second in a row for the Vikings, for whom every game counts going forward, as the postseason picture begins to take shape. Five of Ocean's seven remaining regular season games are against GSAC conference opponents, the first of which will be this Saturday, February 1st, when Sussex County CC comes to Toms River for a 2 p.m. matchup.
