Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Basketball struggled on the road against Brookdale Community College on Thursday (1/27), losing to the Jersey Blues by 20 points in a 88-68 defeat.
Ocean sophomore Jalen Jackson scored 25 points and brought in 5 rebounds in a game that Brookdale seized control of early, and didn't let go of, establishing a 15-point lead at the half. Freshman Ethan Paul followed up his 12-point effort versus Salem with a 17-point, 9-rebound night in this loss.
Ocean will regroup and return to the court on Tuesday, February 1, when they host the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College in a 7 P.M. Region XIX matchup.
