Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Basketball (3-4) snapped a 4-game skid on Tuesday (12/13) with a blistering 78-47 win against the visiting Mighty Oaks of Salem Community College. Ocean sophomore Ethan Paul scored 26 points and pulled down 10 rebounds in what can only be described as a statement win that will hopefully set the stage for future success. Sophomore Josh Kline continued his strong play this season, with a 20-point, 5-assist, 3-steal night, while freshman Cristian Corcione supplied 10 points in the victory. This game also marked the return of sophomore forward Bryan Potter, who's taken the court for just 5 minutes over Ocean's previous 5 games, due to injury. Potter contributed 4 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists in his 16 minutes of action tonight.

"Great bounce back win," stated OCC Men's Basketball Head Coach Patrick Boylan. "Our defense was outstanding and was the driving force behind the victory. We need to continue to defend like that the rest of the week with two important conference games upcoming."

Next up on the Vikings' schedule is a 7 P.M. home matchup against conference opponent Camden County College on Thursday, December 15.
