OCC Men's Basketball Win Streak Stopped at 4 Games Following 73-69 Loss to Passaic CCC

Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Basketball (11-8) fell to the visiting Panthers of Passaic County Community College on Tuesday (1/31), ending the Vikings' win streak at 4 games.

Ocean sophomore Ethan Paul led the charge for the Vikings, scoring 23 points and pulling down 11 rebounds, while freshman Dallas Weisse scored 15 and brought in 8 rebounds in a loss in which the Vikings struggled to sustain any momentum.

"We jumped out to a short lead in the first half, but gave it up and never regained control," recounted OCC Men's Basketball Assistant Coach Mike Manso. "It was a rough game for us, on both ends."

The Vikings will look to return to the win column in the face of stiff competition, with their next game being against the nationally-ranked #12 RCSJ Gloucester on Thursday (2/2), followed by national #11 Montgomery County Community College on February 4.
