Toms River, NJ - The Ocean County College men's soccer team defeated Passaic County College by a final score of 1-0 to earn their first Garden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) victory of the 2017 season. The Vikings' lone goal was scored by midfielder Doug Jensen in the 84th minute, assisted by Ryan Cheslock. Goalkeeper Nick Hund made 6 saves to record the shutout.
The Vikings will look for their second GSA win on Thursday, September 14 when they travel to Cumberland County College to take on the Dukes in a 4:30 p.m. match.
