Toms River, NJ - The Ocean County College men's soccer team defeated Bergen Community College on Saturday (9/7) in Paramus by a final score of 3-2.
The Vikings scored all three of their goals in the first twenty minutes of the game, then held the Bulldogs at bay to get their first Region 19 victory of the 2019 campaign.
Scoring for the Vikings were Mike Cambra, Harmony Bel Gam and Brad Bischoff. Recording two assists was Jordan Finkle, with the other coming from Bischoff.
Freshman GK Riley Fanholtz recorded his first collegiate win, making seven saves on the day.
The Vikings next travel to Cumberland County College (RCSJ Cumberland) on Tuesday (9/10) at 5 p.m. for their next Region 19 matchup.
