Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Soccer continued their red hot roll on Thursday (9/29), earning their 4th straight victory in a 4-2 win versus the visiting Owls of Union College.
Ocean sophomore team captain Johnny Hart scored 2 goals and assisted on another in a game that appeared to be evenly matched until Ocean blew the proverbial doors open at the start of the 2nd half with rapid-fire goals in the 46th and 48th minute by Danny Lindov (assisted by Kerem Satar) and Stephen Ferebee (assisted by Johnny Hart). The Vikings peppered the Owls throughout the match, outshooting them by a 12-6 margin en route to the conference win. Ocean freshman goaltender Dawson Kaniuk remained reliable in net, with 4 saves on 6 shots on goal.
The Vikings return to action on Saturday, October 1, when they head to Northampton Community College for a 12 P.M. Region XIX match against the Spartans.
