#10 OCC Vikings Men's Soccer Blasts CC Morris, 6-0

Toms River, NJ - Nationally ranked #10 OCC Men's Soccer (9-1-3) shut out the visiting Titans of County College of Morris on Saturday (10/14), in a 6-0 rout. Ocean sophomore Kerem Satar scored from the spot and assisted on another to lead the Vikings in scoring on the day. Sophomore Adam Grelak was exceptional in his defensive center mid role. From Adam's precision delivery of the ball into the attacking third of the field, to his solid defensive play and positioning, the 2nd year defender was a standout in this match. The defensive back four, which included great attacking play from outside backs Alex Baginski and Ethan Riley, as well as solid ball winning and organization from center backs Brett Leschinski and AJ Truszkowski, was formidable throughout the match.

Ocean goalkeeper Dawson Kaniuk made 4 stops to secure his 3rd shutout of the season.  The Vikings return to the pitch for their final match of the regular season on Tuesday, October 17, when they head to John F. Kennedy High School in Iselin, NJ, to take on Middlesex College in a 7 P.M. Region 19 battle.
