Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Soccer extended their unbeaten streak to 3 matches after a 2-0 home victory against visiting Montgomery County CC.
This was a battle for possession, with Ocean freshman midfielder Peter Johnson notching the eventual game-winner in the 35th minute (assisted by Max Dyba), and sophomore forward Jayson Nardone adding his 7th goal of the season (assisted by Adal Garcia) in the 68th. OCC sophomore Brett Leschinski was a reliable presence in net, making 6 saves en route to securing the shutout.
The Vikings return to action on Saturday, October 12, when they travel to County College of Morris for a 12 P.M. matchup versus the Titans.
