Toms River, NJ - OCC Men's Tennis won their 2nd match of the season in a 6-1 takedown of visiting Williamson College of the Trades on Sunday (4/7). 

Ocean's 1st singles sophomore John Willis continued his stellar play this season, shutting out Dylan Brophy, 6-0, 6-0, and teaming up with sophomore Adam Grelak in 1st doubles to blank Francisco Torres-Vega and Alex Rivera, 8-0 in this definitive Viking victory.

SINGLES:

1. John Willis (OCC) defeated Dylan Brophy (WT) - 6-0, 6-0
2. Adam Grelak (OCC) defeated Francisco Torres-Vega (WT) - 6-3, 1-0
3. Sebastian Ferrer (OCC) defeated Isaiah Joubert (WT) - 6-0, 6-0
4. Frank Staerk (OCC) defeated Alex Rivera (WT) - 6-4, 6-2
5. Yael Carpinteyro (OCC) lost to Richard Meo (WT) - 3-6, 6-2, 3-6

DOUBLES:

1. Willis/Grelak (OCC) defeated Torres-Vega/Rivera (WT) - 8-0
2. Ferrer/Staerk (OCC) defeated Brophy/Joubert (WT) - 8-2

Ocean returns to the court on Saturday, April 13, when they travel to Brookdale Community College for a 1 P.M. match versus the Jersey Blues.
