Toms River, NJ - Ocean County College Vikings Softball split a doubleheader against Rowan College at Burlington County, winning the first game 1-0, and losing the second, 6-0. Sophomore Marissa Stadtmauer controlled the action in game one, pitching a 3-hit shutout, while outfielder Gabby Loffredo hit 2 for 3 in game two's losing effort. The split left the Vikings with an even 10-10 record, as they head into Saturday's doubleheader against Northampton Community College (12:00 p.m. start).
