Coach Hailey brings a wealth of playing experience to her position as assistant coach of OCC Softball. A 2019 OCC graduate, Coach Hailey was a highly decorated pitcher for the program from 2017-19, earning the team's "Most Valuable Player" honor both years, and breaking records for most wins and most strikeouts in a career. Coach Hailey competed in Ocean Women's Fastpitch from 2015-2018, and currently plays on multiple women's and co-ed slowpitch and modified softball teams. Hailey also coaches privately in both one on one and group sessions, instituting strength and conditioning drills along with the fundamentals. The 2022-23 spring season marks Coach Hailey's 1st with the program in this position.
