The Ocean County College women's soccer team lost to 6th ranked Brookdale 3-1 in a hard fought battle on Saturday afternoon. The Vikings would get on the board first when Leena Keghlian (Samantha Netterman) drove home a shot from 20 yards out that beat the Brookdale keeper in the 18th minute. Brookdale would respond tying the match on the 26th minute when a Brookdale forward broke through and beat the Vikings keeper, Kayla Froberg for the goal. Brookdale would again score in the 47th & 83rd minute to put the match away.
