Toms River, NJ - The Ocean County College women's tennis team opened their season at home against GSAC rival Camden County College, and lost in an 8-1 final. The Vikings' number-one doubles team of sophomores Logan Squires and Meghann Hargis won their match against the Cougars, 8-6, but Camden remained firmly in control all afternoon, closing out the Vikings in straight sets. The Vikings will look to land in the win column in their next match, Friday September 15, when they travel to Mercer County Community College for a 2:30 p.m. contest.
