Toms River, NJ - OCC Women's Tennis kicked off their season on Sunday (9/16) with a visit to EPAC's Northampton Community College. The Spartans proved to be a formidable opponent, defeating the Vikings by a 7-2 final score. Ocean's 2nd doubles pair of freshman Kelly Kantenwein and sophomore Ashley Tallman picked up the sole doubles win for the Vikings with an 8-6 victory, and Kelly won her match in 3rd singles as well, picking up a 6-3, 4-6, 10-8 tie-breaking triumph.
