Coach Alexis arrived at Ocean with a mix of coaching and playing experience. As team captain at Kean University, Alexis excelled in the position of libero and was named the team’s Most Valuable Player in her senior season. Additionally, Alexis recently served as an assistant coach for the volleyball team at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she helped build the team through recruitment. In addition to leading Ocean’s Women’s Volleyball program, Alexis teaches 9th and 12th Grade Special Education English at Matawan Regional High School. The 2022-23 season marks Coach Alexis's 1st as head coach of the OCC Vikings Women's Volleyball team.
Coach Alexis is also the assistant coach for OCC's men's volleyball team, which launched in spring of 2023.
