Tricia began her career at the NCAA Division III level, first at Catholic University then at Drew University and coached softball at the NCAA DI level for 21 years. She has devoted her entire professional career to the education and growth of young people through sports.

Throughout Tricia's career, she has worked to develop skills in students and student athletes that prepare them for the world after college and to positively contribute to society. She loves the energy of a college campus and the enthusiasm of students. She believes the role of college is to develop the whole person by creating an environment that encourages and challenges students to explore endless possibilities, take chances, find their passion, to grow and become leaders. It is an exciting time in the lives of young people and Tricia thoroughly enjoys guiding, encouraging, and supporting them on their journey.
