Toms River, NJ - OCC Vikings Baseball have won 3 games in a row, following a doubleheader sweep on Tuesday (3/29) of the visiting Owls of Union County College. The Vikings defeated Union by final scores of 16-15 (Game 1), and 16-4 (Game 2).
Ocean sophomore Jimmy Roselli had a career afternoon, belting 2 home runs and 2 doubles across the pair of games, driving in a total of 10 runs, while freshman pitcher Will Loftus picked up wins both as a reliever in the first game, and as a starter in the second. Sophomore Mike Brunner was also potent in the batter's box, slamming a 2-run triple in both games, and driving in a total of 6 runs.
The Vikings are back in action on Wednesday, March 30, when they welcome EPAC opponent Lehigh Carbon Community College to campus for a 3 P.M. matchup.
