Toms River, NJ - Ocean County College Women's Basketball (0-16) remains in search of their first win of the season after suffering a 97-42 loss on Saturday (1/29) to the visiting Panthers of Passaic County Community College. Possession was a factor in this loss, with Passaic forcing 25 turnovers. Ocean also stumbled offensively in the 2nd quarter, when they were outscored 31-6 over those 10 minutes.
Ocean freshman Amy Galasso led Vikings scoring with 12 points, while she and freshman Jenna Kulinski led the team with 9 rebounds each.
The Vikings' next attempt at that elusive first win will be on Thursday, January 31st, when they host GSAC rival Camden County College in a 6 p.m. matchup.
