Toms River, NJ - OCC Women's Basketball (4-1) battled conference rival Bergen Community College into overtime, and came away with their fourth win of the season in an 86-83 victory on Tuesday evening (12/3).
Ocean sophomore Molly Collins was a key contributor in the win, supplying 30 points and dishing out 6 assists, while freshman Hannah Wagner had her best game of the season, with a 20-point, 9-rebound effort. Vikings freshman Shaunna Bruker battled illness to pick up her fifth double-double of the season, with 19 points and 24 rebounds in front of an excited home crowd.
Ocean next hits the court on Saturday, December 7th, when they travel to Community College of Philadelphia for a 12 p.m. tip-off.
