Toms River, NJ - OCC Women's Basketball slipped to an overall record of 0-5 this season after a tough 71-44 loss at home to the Monroe College Express (JV).
Ocean freshman Jordan Viggiano continued her stellar play this season, with a 26-point, 10-rebound performance that led the team in both categories, while Gia Garcia contributed 9 points in the loss. Turnovers continued to plague the Vikings, as the team committed 25 of them this evening, allowing the Express to build and subsequently pad a lead.
The Vikings return to action on Thursday, December 9 when they welcome GSAC rival Brookdale Community College to campus for a 7 P.M. battle.
