Toms River, NJ - OCC freshman point guard Ashanti Boothe scored 21 points and brought down 11 rebounds in Ocean's women's basketball loss to Salem Community College, 73-39 on Thursday (12/14).

Shooting woes continue to plague the Vikings, with the team shooting a combined 14 for 73 from the field tonight. OCC freshman center Cara Cribbin scored 13, rebounded 11, and shot a perfect 6 for 6 from the free throw line in the loss.

The ladies will seek their 2nd win of the season when they travel to Camden County College on Thursday, January 4, for a 5:30 P.M. matchup versus the Cougars.
