The Ocean County College women's soccer team had 5 different goal scorers helping the Vikings to a 6-0 win against the Bulldogs of Bergen Community College. Finding the back of the net for the Vikings was Erin Matula (2), Anahi Palacios, Leena Keghlian, Allison Krebs & Kelsey Bartels. Registering assists on the afternoon was Maria Palacios (2), Samantha Neterman (2), Keghlian & Krebs. After coming back from an injury, Vikings keeper Kayla Froberg registered her 1st shutout of the year to help the team improve their record to 4-5-1.
Next up for the Vikings is a 4:00 match with the Wolverines of Essex County College at the Ocean County Stadium on Tuesday October 4th.
