Toms River, NJ - The Ocean County College Vikings women's soccer team defeated GSAC rival Camden County College by a final score of 1-0 on Thursday (10/12). The Vikings dominated possession throughout the match, launching 34 shots on goal (with 9 coming from Brielle Morella, 7 from Kristyn Adams, 6 from Emily Molitor), and with just 1:39 remaining in the contest, Crystal Guthrie set up Kristyn Adams for a goal which ignited Ocean County Stadium and landed the Vikings their 7th win of the season.
The Vikings return to action on Tuesday, October 17, for their final game of the regular season, when they host Brookdale Community College in a 2 p.m. matchup.
