Gianna Browner - OCC Women's Cross Country freshman Gianna Browner (Toms River, NJ/Toms River South) has been seeing her hard work pay off of late, placing in the top 10 (28:14) at Brookdale CC's Jersey Blues Invitational on September 21 before posting her best result of the season (27:58) at Branch Brook Park for October 12's NJIT Highlander Challenge! Gianna will take another crack at Branch Brook on October 27, when the Vikings return for the Region 19 Championship meet.
Mateusz Torba - OCC Men's Soccer's forward Mateusz Torba (Brick, NJ/Brick Township) lit up County College of Morris with 4 goals and assisted on another in the Vikings' 10-0 shutout win on October 12. The freshman will look to keep his hot streak going on Wednesday, October 16 at 4 P.M., when Ocean hosts Middlesex College in the Vikings' final contest of the regular season.
