OCC Women's Basketball freshman guard Tatiana Hernandez (Farmingdale, NJ/Howell) has been a consistent performer through the Vikings' first 8 games of the season, contributing double-digit scoring in 6 of them, including a 22-point effort in Ocean's 57-47 win against Atlantic Cape CC on December 3. The Howell, NJ native will next take the court on Saturday, December 14, when OCC Women's Basketball hosts Lehigh Carbon CC at 12 P.M.
Described as "unguardable" by OCC Men's Basketball Head Coach Patrick Boylan following Ocean's 91-79 win on December 7 in which he scored 26 points, freshman guard Dylan Csik (Lincroft, NJ/Middletown South) has come on strong in recent weeks, leading team scoring both against Brookdale CC (November 21, with 27 points), and again versus Harrisburg Area CC this past Saturday. Dylan, a dynamic point guard unafraid to seize a scoring opportunity, returns to action on Tuesday, December 10, when OCC Men's Basketball hosts Salem CC at 5 P.M.
