Toms River, NJ - The Ocean County College men's soccer team (2-1) defeated Bucks County Community College (1-1) by a final score of 4-0 in the Vikings' first Region 19 challenge of the season. Sophomore Andrew Jozwicki opened scoring for the Vikings with a goal at the game's 4 minute mark (assisted by Youssef Abdelaziz), and assisted on the team's second goal, which was knocked in by Mike Jacoby with 15 min remaining in the first half. Midfielders Ryan Cheslock and Matt Brennan added unassisted goals in the 48th and 67th minutes, respectively, of the match to lock in the Vikings' victory.
The Vikings return to the pitch on Saturday, September 9 when they travel to GSAC rival Passaic County Community College for a 1:30 p.m. match.
