Toms River, NJ - The Ocean County College men's soccer team (8-5-1) concluded their regular season with a 2-2 draw to the Northampton Community College Spartans on Monday (10/17).
Ocean freshman forward Danny Lindov followed up his recent 2 goal performance against Bergen Community College by supplying Ocean's 1st goal in the 23rd minute, and assisting on a score by Kerem Satar in the 87th, which drove the match into overtime. Goalkeeper Dawson Kaniuk, a reliable netminder all season, made 7 stops this evening against an aggressive Spartan attack.
The Vikings now look ahead to the postseason, with seeding and scheduling information to be announced.
