Coach Ritter will begin her third season as OCC's Women's Head Soccer Coach in 2019. As a graduate and All-State player from Wayne Valley High School in Wayne, NJ, Coach Ritter went on to earn her degree in Health and Physical Education and played for the Women's Soccer team at East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. During this time, her team won the first-ever PSAC Championship, and she is the record holder for most assists and most points in a career. She studied a semester abroad in Leeds, United Kingdom, were she competed on the Women's Football Team. Coach Ritter is a two-time East Stroudsburg Hall of Fame Inductee in 2008 and 2012.
Coach Ritter coached at Point Pleasant Borough High School and led the Girls Soccer Team to the school's very first Group 3 Sectional Championship. She was named The Star Ledger Coach of the Year in 2009. Coach Ritter is also a Health and Physical Education Teacher in Point Pleasant. NJ, and is involved in coaching a U-12 travel team for the Brick Township Soccer Club. Additionally, Coach Jenn has a USSF E license.
Coach Ritter places a strong focus on building confidence and self-esteem, and ensuring that all student-athletes strive to be their very best.
